It’s wandering by name and nature. I’ve been fortunate enough to have seen a lot of the world by having a long career in the watersports industry. I’ve always had some form of camera with me in a pocket, on a boat or tucked away inside a life jacket.
Like many people I found photography a good outlet during the pandemic and did a lot of snapping whilst on my walks.

My father gave me his camera when his health took a turn for the worse. After he passed I felt the need to do him proud and have never stopped learning my craft.
During 2023, my own health took a hit after getting heart failure thanks to covid!. I have used being out with a camera as a form of recovery and went full-time as a freelancer in 2024. I have now had a number of exhibitions and pop-up spaces and even won “Spirit of the Fair” award during Scarborough Arts in 2024.
My enthusiasm for developing my craft if relentless (bank account hates that!) and I am a massive advocate for showing off the best of Yorkshire being a proud Scarborian.
I am very excited to see where this journey continues and hope more of you can join me for a moment on this adventure.
